Our Red tail Chardonnay is our first pure Chardonnay in many decades. As with all of our wines it is best enjoyed with lunch or lighter dinner fare. It is neither "oaked" nor "big". It is simply fresh with light citrus fruit and a pleasing finish. Perfect with a Hudson Valley cheese plate, grilled chicken, scallops, and fish dishes.
