Our First Tasting Menu
Excellent food carefully paired with excellent wine can create an unforgettable experience. Come join us as we begin our quest to create memorable flavors and wonderful experiences. Here's how it works. Purchasing a ticket by noon on Friday insures that you will be on the shopping list, and that you will have a table no matter when you show up between 12:00 and 3:00 Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are $35, and are refundable, if necessary. There are four courses each served on small plates accompanied by 1/2 glasses of each wine as shown below.
1. North Atlantic Salmon Tartare Paired with Private Reserve White
2. Willow Brook Grass Fed Sirloin Paired with Private Reserve Red
3. Fresh Sea Scallops Sautéed in Butter Paired with Seyval Blanc 
4. Apple Crisp over Ronny Brook Ice Cream Paired with Heavenly Daze
(We will be refining these courses as the week progresses)
Come welcome Nancy and sample our first tasting menu or just come by for lunch, as usual.

Served Saturdays and Sundays, 12-3:00pm

North Atlantic Salmon, or
Willowbrook Farm Steak, or
Fresh Sea Scallops
With 
Crispy Yukon Gold Potato Pancakes
Grilled Vegetables with Shiitake Mushrooms


Dessert
Apple Crisp
